Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Incorrect product delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper washing are not eligible for return or refund.

Babie Aura reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request.

Eligibility for Size Replacement

Size replacement is allowed only if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
• All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
• The replacement request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
• The size chart mentioned on the product page was followed at the time of purchase
• Customer bears both-side shipping charges for size replacement
• Free replacement will be provided only if the wrong size was shipped by Babie Aura
